Aftertape stores the lightweight information needed to keep a podcast moving. It does not upload, store, transcribe, or process your audio or video.
What Aftertape stores
Aftertape stores your account email; show and episode details; guest names and email addresses; notes you enter; checklist activity; pitch submissions; public RSS metadata you choose to import; and the send log for workflow emails.
Where it is stored
Your workspace begins in your browser. Signed-in work and recovery versions are stored in the Aftertape Supabase project and connected to your account. The app is hosted on Vercel. Workflow email is delivered by Resend.
Guest email addresses
Guest email addresses are used only to send the messages you configure: the invite, the booked confirmation, the reminder, and the published note. Aftertape does not sell personal information, use guest contacts for its own marketing, or add a guest to a marketplace.
Your responsibility
Only enter guest information you are permitted to keep and use for operating your show. Avoid placing highly sensitive personal information in free-form notes.
Your choices
You can edit guest details, download a backup, or delete your account and cloud data from Settings. For account questions, email support@useaftertape.app.
