Aftertape is podcast workflow software. These plain-language terms describe the current product.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes one show, Today, the board, checklists, guest records, and cloud backup. Pro is $20 a month. Pro sends the invite, the booked confirmation, the reminder, and the published note. It also covers more than one show and RSS show memory. You may cancel anytime. The board remains available on the free plan. Aftertape will not charge you without an explicit checkout.
Your content
You own the show and guest information you enter. You give Aftertape permission to process it only to provide the service, including sending the workflow emails you configure.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for having a basis to contact each guest and for the content of the emails you send. Do not use Aftertape to send spam, violate someone’s privacy, or store unlawful content.
What Aftertape is not
Aftertape is not a recorder, media host, editor, recording backup, or podcast directory.
Email delivery and availability
Aftertape does not guarantee delivery of a guest email beyond showing the send log. The service is provided as available, without a service-level guarantee.
